Installation/Updates failing

Trying to download Animate (21.0.9) and update Photoshop and Illustrator but the installation keeps failing around 5%. What's interesting is that Adobe Media Encoder keeps self-installing even though it's not selected.

 

Currently on Windows 10 - up to date. Tried restarting the computer over the past couple of days but the problem persists.

Noctamoc, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you attempting to use Anime CC with? Unfortunately, I do not see an active individual membership under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

 

If you have an individual membership and unrestricted access to the computer, please check the log files to determine why the installation process is failing. Information on how to locate any fatal errors can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html.
