Installation won't open

I have installed your trial of Elements onto my Macbook - OSX.  I have removed popups etc and checked Automatic Graphics Switching.  I still does not open.  What do I need to do?

    Which elements software are you trying to run?  Do you receive any error messages?  What version of Mac OS are you using?

    Elements 10 - not premiere. Mac OS X. No error message. Installation seems to be successful. It just won't open.
