Installazione su due pc

Ho un problema con la disattivazione della suite poiché oltre ad averla sul PC principale mi risulta attivata su "dispositivo Windows sconosciuto su Windows", non riesco a disattivarla, ho formattato l'HD e reinstallato tutto ma mi compare sempre dispositivo sconosciuto ecc. Come posso fare?

what suite version? if any version after cs6, you can use the cc desktop to deactivate on other computers.

you may also be able to deactivate from the account used to register (if you registered and the suite is cs6 or older). if any cc version you can deactivate from your account, https://accounts.adobe.com

and, unless you're seeing an excess activation count error message, you're having some other problem. what is the exact error message?

Nessun messaggio, non si disattiva, forse credo di aver capito, ho formattato l'HD senza disattivare prima, e ora dopo l'installazione il programma crede che ci sia ancora un'altro PC con la suite.

Vorrei sapere come fare!
