Installed apps not registering in CC, cannot uninstall

I've only just realised I have Premier installed in my apps folder (Mac), but it is not registered in the CC desktop app.

I try uninstalling from Finder, and am asked to confirm in the CC app. I then see Premier listed in the list of apps with a 'waiting' next to it briefly... then it briefly says 'finished' before disappearing.

But the folder is still in Finder... I could just remove it manually but it feels a little messy?
