Installed latest Adobe Update 12.0.1 now NO APPS WORK

I was using Premiere, working just fine, saw there was an update, so I quit the app and installed the latest Adobe update 12.0.1. Now, all of my Apps will not open. I am getting the same error many other people are getting and posting about on Adobe forums. I spent 4+ hours with Adobe's "IT" service. I even let them mirror my screen and run my computer. They successfully made the problem even worse and now Adobe can't create a library folder for my username so whenever I try to reinstall the apps they will only start as a trial and then of course won't open. I am completely wiping my hard-drive to see if this fixes what Adobe and there "IT" people messed up.

It's very clear Adobe has no idea what's causing this issue or how to fix it.

I am attempting the hard-drive reinstall now.

However, I will not reach back out to Customer Care. Yesterday, they deleted a handful of files from my computer and that's why I am getting the "Trail Error". I don't think they actually knew what they were doing - simply trying random things.

Also, they were completely stumped on how to fix the original problem and I quote "Hmm I don't know".

I really hope Adobe has someone working on this problem.
