Msbarness2 please complete solution 2 in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html and remove the OPM.db file.

For information on how to remove and reinstall Adobe Muse please see Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.  In addition I would recommend reviewing Launch CC apps after install - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/launch-creative-cloud-apps.html for information on how to locate and open Muse once it is installed.

Thanks for trying Jeff. No luck. Open Creative Cloud app after uninstall, same spinning wheel. Link to find opm.db file points to a PC only answer.
