Installed running it error

Could you please kindly help me.  I trying to install progarm acrobat but everytime od process running to installed just like 3% of install it was show "Error" so i cant install anymore and i trying to installed it more than 10 times now i can not do it anymore because it was lock and show that i do too many install but however i can not install

i need someone you can do it for me as soon as prosible. i need to use acrobat but unforunately it was suck of installing
