Installer failed to initialize

hi guys, I have a problem, what happens is down an application to clean my mac, but I accidentally deleted the Adobe Application Manager, I get off again, but there is a problem when I run the installer, I get a window that says "Updating the application" sale this bar loading and then ... Boom! is closed and no longer appears, and when I want to install another application adobe shoot me an error saying "Installer failed to initialize. Download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. idea do you have that I can do? thanks
