"Installer failed to initialize" [CS5 and Windows 10]
Hi there, not very tech savvy here so help is appreciated.
I just started a new job and got a new laptop. We have a license for Creative Suite Web Premium (CS5) that used to be on my predecessor's laptop, but has been removed. When I try to download this from adobe.com, it downloads as a zip and I open it and click on the setup file and it says "Installer failed to initialize. File not found. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."
And then when I go to download that, it doesn't exist anymore.
Can anyone help? And remember, not tech savvy so may need very basic, clear instructions : )
