Installer failed to initialize. Support Advisor can find no problem

You will need to review the PDApp.log file to identify what is causing your difficulties.  You can find details on how to do this at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html#main_Analyze_the_Creative_Suite_5_PDapp_log.

PDApp.log shows:

Tue May 22 14:26:20 2012[INFO] PIM - SUCCESS installPackage at file /Volumes/Adobe Photoshop CS6/Adobe Photoshop CS6/packages/UWA/UWA.pimx.
Tue May 22 14:26:20 2012[WARN] PIM - RemoveQuarantineInfo from File /Users/dave1/Applications/Adobe/OOBE/PDApp/install.sig .
Tue May 22 14:26:20 2012[FATAL] Setup - Unable to copy PDAppFlex.swf one level up.

Cannot find a specific mention of this in the on-line file. Perhaps I am missing it.
