Installer failed to Initialize when downloading Illustrator CS6

I'm not very good at computers that much and I've tried everything I could to try and fix this problem but nothing seems to work.

I'm trying to download Illustrator CS6 the trial version because my College tutor told me it would best suit the project I'm working on which is largely based with Typography and graphics so Illustrator sounds perfect.

I have a Windows XP 64bit if that helps.

I retored to a previous date from a back up

I made a new account on my laptop

I deleted a lot things so there would be more memory space.

Nothing seems to work. Please help!

Here is a link to the tech-specs for Illustrator CS6.  Check thru all of the requirements to make sure your system is able to support them.

I've checked through the list and my  laptop should have no problem but still not working

If you can provide a little more detail regarding when the attempt fails it might prove helpful. It is not clear if it is failing during the download or the installation.  If you are getting any kind of error messages, the content of that can also help.
