installer problem

Hi ,

I have a creative cloud membership and using it on Mac, it is working fine just from few days my creative cloud installer is

not working , I cannot open it , I cannot update an application , tried to sign off and sign in again but still the same , I have attached a photogarphIt keep doing that .

Thanks for answering here, I was also having this issue but now as i restarted the pc, the problem instantly resolved. Thank you shareit.
