Installer takes too long to sign in

I want to install illustrator but it takes too long time to sign in, here is my internet connection speed and the windows showing sign in process..

 

How should i do?

the problem is solved by the following steps:

1. Delete all adobe files with AdobeCcCleanerTools and manually delete the remaining files.

2. Fix all registry with CCleaner tool
