installers won't open

Question

Hello, i just got a new pc, everything in up to date but i'm but windows 10, I tried to install adobe creative cloud to install my programs but when I double click on the setup program it don't do anything, if i try to run as administrator it open in the background and disappear after a few seconds. The same thing happens with adobe programs, I tried with subtance painter and photoshop. I tried deactivating real time protection on windows defender, I tried using the creative cloud uninstaller tool and the creative cloud cleaner tool. I can install other programs well just not adboe programs

for others, install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
