i bought photoshop put the disk in my computer and cant find where to install it help!

    Sept.20th, bought Creative Cloud (Microsoft OS) and downloaded Photoshop. It works well. On the 21st and on, Adobe does not recognize that I bought Creative Cloud and I cannot downloan anything. My computer says Application Manager is corrupted and it cannot re-install. Photoshop still works. Help, or when will Adobe have this bug fixed?
