installing Acrobat DC

I am running Windows 10 on a HP laptop. When ever I try to installed Acrobat DC it directs me to the microsoft store and tries to install Adobe Reader which I already have.

I have tried uninstalling Reader but I keep running into the same issue.

Any help appreciated.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
