Installing Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac with Catalina

I have tried numerous times to install Adobe Creative Cloud on my Mac - install stalls out at 21.5% complete.

Tries to install photoshop, same issue - installer times out.

What is the solution? I don't want to go back to my old Windows PC.

Need to get my Adobe suite of apps going to do my work.
