Installing Adobe Creative Suite 6

I'm trying to reinstall my Adobe Creative Suite 6 from an older Mac to my new Mac (Sierra) and it won't install.  It says that my software is counterfeit and installation failed... which it is definitely not!  How am I able to install it?  Thanks in advance.

    hi,

    sierra's not compatible with older software, but adobe's posted a work-around:  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html

while the counterfeit issue isn't mentioned at the link, it's worth a try.  if that fails, download* an installation file from adobe (if your serial number is for a single-user).

if that fails using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Single user licensee downloadable installation files available:

    Updates

    • Download and installation help for Adobe links

    • Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

And a big thank you to Jim @ Prodesigntools for helping me with these links!
