installing adobe cs6 on macOS mountain lion

Question

installing adobe Creative Suite 6 Hi i am a high school teacher in our classroom we have old 2011 macs so i decided to install adobe cs6 on the old macs but then i try to activate it says can't activate check internet connection and there is no offine activation  but the same software works and activates fine in macOS mojave on 2012 - 2017 imacs any reason why?

that's the default browser that needs to support tls 1.2 (usually safari on macs, but that can be changed in the settings) so if following @John T Smith's help with safari shows it's ok, check the settings to see if safari is the default browser.
