Installing Adobe photo shop

I cannot find the execute file for the preinstalled software on my new Dell XPS computer.  The software is for Adobe photoshop and Premiere elements.  When doubleclicking the adobe file,

a prompt comes upt to use the .exe file, which cannot be found using the computer search window
