Installing Adobe products to WIN 2022 server

Trying to install Adobe cloud to a Win 2022 server, so I can install Media Encoder. I have an account.  getting a Java script error that is a just white screen,   I guess to log into my creds.  I have checked and JAVAScript is enabled.
