Installing Adobe XI and trial version windows

I just installed acrobat XI professional onto my computer for the 3rd time.  Everytime i try to use open a file or open it i keep getting a pop up window to use the trial version.  I can't use Adobe XI at all because this trial version window pops up.  By the way our IT dept just loaded Window 7 as well.

    Hi mlparker123,

    Please let us know whether the Acrobat you purchased is a perpetual license or a subscription. Also when you launch Acrobat do you see any option to license this software. If yes select license this software and follow the instructions to activate the software.
