Installing apps onto new computer

I have just purchased a new computer and i cant seem to download and install the apps onto the new computer (macbook pro) 

When i go to cloud, it takes me to the page where i can purchase but i already have the full package and pay monthly. It also says i have no packages but i do.

Please dont send me a link in the how to download and install as its not working.

Please don't just tell us things aren't working, please tell us what happens when you try, including full error messages. We can't look over your shoulder!

Did you login with you Adobe ID on the site before trying to download? The best way to download would be to install Creative Cloud desktop application, use the Adobe Id with which you purchased the subscription to log into Creative Cloud app and then use it to download the applications you want
