Installing by PS Elements 2019 into my new pc Error code

I have downooaded the PS Elements into the new pc Win 10.  I am unable to get past the sign in prior to use.  Tried numerous times using by Amazon product code.  Can some hlpe please, very frustrating.

Redemption codes won't work.  You need the serial number that begins with 1057.

Did you write it down and keep it in a safe place?

Your serial number should be in your Adobe account.

If it's a new buyed version of Photoshop Elements you have to redeem the redemption code to start using your product.

If you have already redem your redemption code you can't redem once again. On the first redem process you got an serial number. Take a look into your Adobe account to find the appropriate serial number.

 

If this doesn't help please described your problem more detailed.

on which step of the installation the error occur?

    Thank you. Bought via Amazon in 2018. A one-off purchase with Product Key
    to redeem. Which was fine, till I tried to move it to this new PC. On the
    final step, after downloading and trying to open. The Adobe sign-in comes
    up, and asks for the input code, then it is just declined. I've tried to
    delete the programme and reload, and just it does it again.

    WITHOUT POSTING IT HERE is your serial number 6 groups of 4 numbers with no letters?
