Installing Creative Cloud on new macbook

I have a new macbook air. I have tried installing creative cloud and when I go to sign I just keep getting a message that says I am signed out. I try to sign and keep getting the same message.

I have also tried opening the adobe pro icon that was transfered over in the migration and it says I need to update but the dveloper needs to update the app for it to work with this version of Mac. It is running IOS Monterey 12.5

Where do I go from here.
