Hello

I try to install the Education plan on an apple imac that belongs to my sibling. However upon activation of the program a request was asked for the admin password  of the computer which do not belong to me so the ID is different.

How is this resolved?

Thank you.

Correct answer Test Screen Name

Macs are protected from anyone installing software unless they have permission. The permission is given by the administrator password. The software will be installed for all users and will change the Mac, so this is not a small thing.

The request for the admin password is at installation time.

When you launch and activate the software (after installation), that's when you sign in with your Adobe ID.

Hi Marcw86703621,

"Creative Cloud Installer want to make changes enter your password to allow this operation" this is a computer generated message and it needs your Mac password to allow the installation, hence please enter your computer/mac password here to start the installation.

Let us know if this helps.
