Installing Creative Suite 5 Design Standard, "Install can't be opened"

I bought a 2015 iMac and am installing CS5 on to it. My CD did not work so I downloaded it instead. When I double click the install icon, I get a warning "install can't be opened, you should eject the disk."

I bought this program and have a serial number so I don't know why I am getting this warning.

Help?

CS6 and earlier programs have not been tested and will not be updated for Mac El Capitan/Sierra

-which means that you try to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems
