Installing CS5.5. from a CS4 upgrade

Hi

I am trying to install CS 5.5 Master Collection on Windows 10.

It is an upgrade version from CS4.

I have serial numbers for both.

I have downloaded CS 5.5 and entered the serial number but then it asks to "Enter Serial Number Upgrade"

I then have to select CS4 from a dropdown menu and enter my serial number but I get the message "This serial number is not for a qualifying product. Please try another."

It looks like I need to download CS 4 as well, but it is no longer available from the Adobe website.

I've activated the trial version of CS5.5 and keeping my fingers crossed that it will carry on working more than 30 days, but I'm not holding out much hope.

Please can anyone let me know where I can get the version of CS4 that I need, or any other ideas that you have to make CS 5.5 work?

I didn't say to download CS4 (which would not do any good, since the CS4 activation server has been retired) only to check that the CS4 serial number you have is for a product that may be used with the CS5.5 upgrade version you have

Which Adobe product suite is the CS4 version?

That message says that the CS4 number is not for a program or suite that allows an upgrade to MC

Is your CS4 number registered to your account so you may check?

Yes the CS4 serial number is registered to my account but I can't download
the cs4 software. I'm surprised if I need to download the cs4 software
though, as the version I want to use is cs5.
