Hello!

I'm trying to install Master Suite CS5.5 from a CD on a new MacBook Pro (using a usb CD drive). I was almost done with the installation (about halfway done with the second disc) when the installer wanted me to close down Safari. Safari wasn't open. I pressed "Continue," but the same message popped up. I opened Safari, closed it, then pressed "Continue," but the message popped up again. Not seeing another solution, I pressed "Cancel," which stopped the installation. The installer said that I installed some programs, but not others.

I'm trying to install it again. The installer says Illustrator and Premiere are the only programs left to install. Yet when I click install, it eventually gives me an error message (Exit Code 7 with 1 fatal error, 2 errors and 3 warnings).

I tried starting the computer in "Safe Boot" and installing, but I got the same error message.

I'm guessing I should uninstall all of the programs, then try reinstalling them. Will my serial code still work if I do that? Do you have any suggestions?

I really appreciate your help.

Thank you.
