Installing CS5 and license agreement keeps popping up.

I hit accept and the agreement pops up again.  Wont allow me to launch the program.

I have a multi license and this is happening on 10-15 computers

I have found a temporary solution to the problem -  I downloaded a trial version of CS6 and it installs perfectly on my Windows 7 32 bit machine, and I have 30 days to use it - but I when I click on the buy button, I get a message saying it is not available.   I would buy an upgrade license if it costs about $200, like my previous upgrade to CS5 - but I have no interest in renting software.

I was able to buy and upgrade license from Photoshop CS5 to Photoshop CS6 for $199 by calling Adobe sales directly at 800-585-0074.

If you have a Volume or Enterprise account, this isn't the right forum to post this question. You should ask for help from your IT person. If you're the administrator, refer to the contacts and documentation your received with your product for whom to contact.

We tried to get phone and chat support and the support tech i contacted told me to post the question in the forum.  Said our products were not eligible for phone or chat support.  He did not tell me which forum or where to post my issue.

As far as contacting the school administrator, i am one of the administrators and we have no contact info for Adobe outside of our Adobe ID which is jlytwynec@simsbury.k12.ct.us

Can you point me in the right direction on where to post this issue?  Perhaps a different channel where I can talk to an actual person?  Even email support would be better than waiting for someone to run into the same issue as me and post it on some forum.

I find it very frustrating that we have no other option for getting support for a product we have paid for.  Depending on a public forum to fix a major issue for a public school where we have almost an ENTIRE computer lab offline, is not very helpful.

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems
