Hi,

I've downloaded the 24 files direct from Adobe but cant see which file i need to click on to initiate installation of CS5. Is there a general file i need to click on first?

I have all the serials.

Any help would be very welcome.

If these are individual products, you need to run the setup program for each one of them separately and input the appropriate serial when asked to do so.

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. The following files i have downloaded from

for the product Master Collection CS5 5.0 WIN ESD WWE. Clicking onto the

    files will not initiate installation.

I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. When i click onto the Adobe

Application Manager Enterprise Edition and select "Create Install

Package"and point it in the direction of the download folder i get a

    message "A

valid Installer could not be found"

Is this the correct procedure or am i missing something?

    Many thanks

HarjeetJandu I would recommend you review the I need to download software purchased through the volume licensing program section of Use the Adobe Volume Licensing site - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/volume-licensing-site.html#main_download.

What Adobe products did you download?  What is the name of the files?  Which operating system are you using?
