Im tyring to install CS6 on my new computer, when I type in my serial number it gives me a response that the serial number is already in use... How do I get CS6 on my new machine.

if you have the old computer(s) with cs6 installed, open a cs6 app > click help > deactivate or sign out.

if you can't do that you'll have to contact adobe support and deactivate all.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
