Installing CS6 Education Edition

Question

Several ago we purchased CS6 as we were homeschooling. About a year ago, since it wasn't being used I deleted from my computer to save space. But I tried to install it today as I was to work with my son on it and it would not let me type in the Serial Number.

The serial number on the box of the installation CD starts with PHXSM4 and it will not allow this to be typed in.

How do we install?

Serial numbers are 6 groups of 4 numbers... no letters

- page has links to programs to find an installed serial number in Mac or Windows

- includes link to your Adobe account to check for registered serial numbers

- when you find your serial number(s) write them down and put in a desk drawer
