    Which exact Adobe CS6 product are you installing? Operating system?

    Which exact Adobe CS5 product are you upgrading from? Operating system?

    Hello John,

    Both products are Photoshop for Windows. Using them on a desktop with Windows 7. Trying to install on a laptop using Windows 8.
