I have bought and downloaded Design and web Premium CS6 for windows and mac for Not for Profit organisations. It installed fine on the PC but none of the files will open on my macbook. Can you please let me know how to install it?

The installers for Mac and Win are different. The files/dvd that works for PC will not work on a Mac. You'll need to get the Mac installers. Did you get discs or did you download the files?

Hi! Thanks for the reply! It was downloaded so I don't have any disks. It was purchased by the company I design for, but if I log in under that username and go to the My Orders section, nothing shows up. How do I access the Mac installers?

Hmm... As a workaround, you can always download a trial: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=designweb_premium&loc=en_us and then enter the serial number when prompted for it.
