I keep getting the following message and can't fix! What is the missing file? Please help, as I can't do any work!  Thank you...

'We've encountered the following issues. Installer failed to initialise. This could be due to a missing file. Please download adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem'.

    sierra (os 10.12) and high sierra (os 10.13) are not compatible with older software, but adobe's posted a work-around:  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html
