Installing Dc pro on windows 2012 foundation

Can anyone kindly advise we have a Windows 2012 foundation server and Adobe Dc pro installation fails with the following error C136.

Also creative cloud doesnt connect to adobe servers even though all firewalls have been disabled and clock is correct.

    Does that mean Windows from the year 2012?
