Installing dics(s)

I received a box containing 5 discs for Adobe Elements 10 and Premiere 10. My computer is Windows Vista .Which disc or discS do I need to install / Remarkable that there are NO instructions in the box.

    You should be able to find labels on the right side of the discs which contain information regarding what each disc contains.  If you are installing for Windows Vista 32-bit you will want to start with disc one.  If you have 64-bit then please start with disc two.  Finally you can find additional details regarding the contents of the discs at Install Premiere Elements, Photoshop Elements - http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/install-premiere-elements-photoshop-elements.html.

    Hi Jeff. Unlike Adobe I will not charge $39.00 for chatting with you online

    or by phone--619 3997978. I spent $120.00 to purchase Elements 10 and

    Premiere on line . Even after 13 hours of downloading the programs they did not

    work properly. I was advised to buy the discs; which I did for another

    $40.00. Then when I wanted verbal advise about the discs ,I am told "We don`t

    want to talk to you ,unless you pay us another $39.00." Firstly tell your

    big bosses to put a leaflet with brief instructions in the boxes ,it will

    save your customers time as well as Adobe employee`s time. Secondly you say

    "START with Disc #1 or Disc #2 "---START and then what??

    Yes, I found the answer by logging onto the link--more waste of my time.

    Make it simple for dummies like me. Listen and Learn--I hope someone is

    listening to me. A frustrated long time Adobe customer. Ron Sharpe
