Installing Illustrator

Hi,

I have just tried to install ilustrator and at the end I got this error mesage,

Exit Code: 7 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DF024 ...   -------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------  - 0 fatal error(s), 1 error(s)    ----------- Payload: Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 19.0.0.0 {5680D629-B263-49CC-821E-3CEBD4507B51} -----------  ERROR: DF024: Unable to move file at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\adobeTemp\{5680D629-B263-49CC-821E-3CEBD4507B51}\_565_7e8a2d38b41057b8695129b88ac6363f" to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2015\Plug-ins\Illustrator UI\OffsetPathUI.aip" Error 32 El proceso no tiene acceso al archivo porque está siendo utilizado por otro proceso.. Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder, so that admin has rights to modify it.(Seq 566)  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone know what I have to do to solve it?

    You need to check with recent entries in CBS log.

    If you uninstall Visual C++ packages , you can re-download it from Microsoft.

    Example :

    2005 :

    Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center

    2008:

    Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center

    2012:

    Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Official Microsoft Download Center

    2013:

    Download Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from Official Microsoft Download Center

    It has been difficult, to be honest.

    At the end I have unistalled the whole system and reinstal it again.

    Now I have installed Ilustrator without problem.

    Now, I have to reinstall the rest of my software...wacom, printer...
