Installing InDesign

Hello,

I paid for a new menstrual abonnement for InDesign, and when Creative Cloud install it, it still writing "Waiting" for like an hour now... It this normal?

    No Karenliernur it is not normal and is likely due to the settings or installed add-ons of the current web browser.  You can find complete details regarding the installation process for InDesign CC 2017 at Download and install Creative Cloud apps​.  If you continue to encounter errors then please utilize an alternate web browser.
