Installing Lightroom 2nd time on new PC

I have just bought Lightroom 4 on a CD. Iøm about to install it but also know that my current PC will have a very limited life before it crashes. Will I have problems installing the Lightroom on another PC? I have of course my product # etc. but don't want to have problems when registering the product on hte new PC.

Current PC is Windows 7, new one likely to be Windows 8

Anything I need to worry about?

You can install Lightroom 4 on Windows 8 and there is no issue, it should work fine without any trouble.

You can also check tech specs of lightroom 4 for more compatiablity details : http://www.adobe.com/in/products/photoshop-lightroom/tech-specs.html

    Thanks Jatin

My concern was licensing. Having the program installed and registered on one (old) PC and then installing it on another. Don't want to get blocked when registering second time around :-)
