installing lightroom 3.6 on a mac...help please

I can not find the actual download. I seen it in my downloads but it just keeps installing but never actually opens. I had this issue with the trial too. I am so annoyed right now you have no idea!!!

Hi,

Are you able to view Lightroom in your applications list?

What happens when you click on it and try to open the application?

After downloading, do you remember seeing the installation screen asking you for the serial number number and confirming that installation has been successful.
