Installing Lightroom - email and passwords field dead

Hi there

I'm trying to install Lightroom Classic CC.  The download has started up but I have a screen asking for email and password but I cannot type in them.  The fields appear to be not working - I can't delete what's in them, can't type into them, they're not working at all.

Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone have a solution please?

did you try do install you LR from there?

The fact that you try it from there includes the procedure of indication.

Or did you use another way?
