Installing Lightroom through the Creative Cloud results in Exit Error 7

I just purchased the Creative Cloud Individual package for photography. This includes Photoshop and Lightroom. I have a PC that is running Windows 7 x64. I installed Photoshop through the Creative Cloud app without trouble. But when I try to install Lightroom I get the following error:

Exit Code: 7

I saw another thread that mentioned installing directly from the Temp folder, but that didn't work for me.

Any suggestions?
