Installing Master Collection CS6 on Microsoft Surface Pro 4?

What would be the best way to do this?
Do I have to load my old MC CS5.5 from disk and work on getting upgrades like I did on my desktop?
Or can I download it all at once.
Any advice would be appreciated.

    You do not need to install the older version in order to install and activate the upgrade version of CS6.  During the activation process for CS6 you will have the option to identify the qualifying version (CS5.5 in your case) and enter its serial number to prove that you qualify to use the CS6 upgrade.

      So I can dl the whole CS6 Master Suite and then enter my serial numbers to activate them?
      Where to find the link for that?
