installing mater collection CS6 After Effects

Mac os x 10.9.5.

my mac initially has CS4 design premium (AI, PS, FW, FL…) I installed the latest trial version of AE CS6. Soon after I bought the Master Collection. I deleted CS4 programs at the Application folder (just drag to trash bin) . But did not uninstall the trial AE CS6.  I installed all programs in Master Collection. It prompted that FB cant be installed. All other programs installed successfully, but when I open AE, it said it cant be opened with this ver of OS X, You have AE CS6 11.0. I uninstalled the trial AE CS6, and uninstalled cs6 master collection, and reinstalled cs6 Master collection. Exactly the same thing happened.  I USED ADOBE cleaner. But still exactly the same thing happened.

    uninstall everything cs6 (using the adobe uninstallers).

    clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    then reinstall cs6.
