Installing: old laptop is dead / can't uninstall / how to activate serial number on new one

My old laptop died I need to install (already done) LR6 and PS but I have only 2 activation keys one for my desktop (in use) and since my old laptop is dead I don't know how to do this plus Adobe won't take my call. thanks, this is on a MAC btw

    using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request 'an activation count reset'.

    ask for nothing else and make it clear asap during chat that is all you're requesting.
