Installing Photoshop 3.0

I'm attempting to install Photoshop 3.0 on a new computer in order to install my 7.0 upgrade and then my CS3 upgrade.  I receive an error message with the 3.0 install saying "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running," and then says I need a 64-bit version of the program.  Any help in installing Photoshop on this computer with Windows 7 and a 64-bit operating system will be appreciated.  Thank you.

The version of Photoshop you are trying to install is one of the oldest versions and according to the error message is not compatible with 64 bit systems(the computer is too advanced for the software to run).

Try this method: Install the CS3 upgrade directly(without installing the previous versions) and you will be prompted to enter the serail number for the previous version. Now enter the serial numbers for version 7 first and then version 3.

    Thanks
