I can not download the trial version of Photoshop 2015, not just part of the download me error, but with no numeric code.

Work on PC, Windows 8.1 operating system

How can I do?

-includes a way to go to a page to download Adobe programs if you don't have a disc or drive

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs
