Installing Photoshop 6 via Creative Cloud on OS X 10.8 - Exit 7 / Payload?

I have attempted several methods found in the forums, and have managed to whittle my extremely long original error list down to this:

Exit Code: 7

Please see specific errors and warnings below for troubleshooting. For example,  WARNING: DW017, DW020 ...

I have been through all the steps in that document plus another Exit Code 6 and 7 doc I found, but I still get the same error.  Where else could these drivers that are conflicts be located and how would I uninstall them?

Were you also able to modify the permissions on the compromised directory in step 4?  You may need to also implement steps 5 to review your installation documents to locate the directory or directories with the compromised permissions.

As for drivers what particular driver are you looking for?
